1 handful of peeled grated ginger
2 peeled and cored Honeycrisp or Pink Lady Apples
1 Avocado, pitted
1 cup of lime/lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of raw spinach
1/4 cup of Arugula (for peppery taste)
