While there is no such thing as a “healthy” cocktail, there are ways to make them healthier by replacing soda and sugar-filled mixers with..tea!  Owl’s Brew tea, founded by self-proclaimed ‘tea-drinker boozers’, Jennie Ripps and Maria Littlefield, is the first ever “tea crafted for cocktails”.  They offer three flavors that can be paired with vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey, gin, or champagne.

Cranberry Sauced

  • 2 Parts ‘Pink and Black’ Owl’s Brew Tea
  • 1 Part Vodka
  • 2 dashes cranberry bitters
  • Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake
  • Pour and garnish with rosemary sprig


 Owl’s Toddy

In a saucepan combine:

  • 2 Parts ‘The Classic’ Owl’s Brew TeaOwl's
  • 1 Part Whiskey
  • Apple Slices
  • Heat until desired temperature (do not boil)
  • Pour into mug
  • Garnish: cinnamon stick



Bramble Brew

  • 2 Parts ‘Pink and Black’ Owl’s Brew TeaBramble
  • 1 Part Tequila
  • Muddle fresh raspberries and strawberries
  • Shake & Pour over ice
  • Garnish: fresh mint



The Green Garden


  • 2 Parts ‘The Classic’ Owl’s Brew Tea
  • 2 Parts Green Juice (recommended to use cold press juice, cucumber & mint, mint or mixed greens with apple or lemon)
  • 1 Part vodka
  • 1 Part Sake
  • Pour over ice into mason jar or martini glass
